We are looking for a person, who knows where and what they want in life. Willing to work and be creative, would like a stable and comfortable setting with few hassles. We have an apartment on an acreage in rural brookings with a base rent of $600 or less, all utilities included. We would very much like to find an individual with the same values, and interests to share the load and the rewards of a rural life style. Willing to trade reduced rent and “perks” (camper,boat,etc) for a helping hand.
