Job/volunteer description: Blue Moon Farm is a 20-acre certified organic vegetable that values sustainability, good food, and community strength. We focus on a diverse array of annual vegetables and produce year-round for farmer’s markets, the food coop, restaurants and our CSA. We are looking for farmhands for the 2020 growing season.
Duties: Wide range of activities from weeding, harvesting, planting, and washing. We try to keep everyone busy with different types of activities all day. The job is very physical and demanding, so you can skip a gym membership!
Hours: Both part-time and full-time positions available. We work every day of the week, from 7am-5 or 5:30pm. We also have positions open at our Saturday farmer’s market which runs from May to October.
