Job/volunteer description: We are a family farm (50+ acres) whose children have moved out and we now need farm help. We have been established for 6 years and have been very blessed. We live in a beautiful area in South West Virginia. The way things thrive here is like the Garden of Eden. We sell at two farmers markets, stores, and restaurants. Everything is pasture raised, non GMO, no antibiotics, hormones, pesticides, artificial fertilizers, etc. We have hogs (our pork is a very big seller), egg chickens, meat chickens (processed on the farm), beef cattle, gardens – vegetables, hemp, etc. We are set up for milking and herdshares (which our children did). We make and sell salves, soaps, honey (we have lots of bee hives). This would also be a very good survival property. Very sustainable. This is a profitable operation. We are open to individuals or families.
