My name is Colt DiGiovanni. I am currently working and looking for land on behalf of my company, Agro Fund One.

At Agro Fund One we realize that current farming methods are deteriorating the planet’s soil, contributing to climate change, and will start struggling to meet production for a growing population. To combat this, Agro Fund One has set out to incorporate regenerative farming within widespread farming operations. The use of regenerative agriculture not only sustains the land that is being farmed but requires less maintenance, pesticides, and interference all of which aids in the regrowth of the land. By focusing on the land that we grow on and the environment around it, we can produce more cost-efficient yields while nurturing our environment.

To make this happen, Agro Fund One is looking for 70+/ tillable acre plots of land for sale, lease, and lease-to-buy. Primarily, we are looking through various locations focused on varying climates such as Florida to Texas and Washington. A few of the main items we are looking in to are:
– water source
– lack of flooding
– undeveloped land
