I am in search of pasture land for lease in the piedmont region of NC to expand my existing cattle grazing operation. I am willing to build fence, install water systems, corrals etc, in addition to working to improve soils and pasture productivity on your land through excellent grazing management. Any pastures larger than 20 acres considered. I have 15 years of experience, a degree in Ag. business management, and a strong desire to learn new things and succeed as a full time grazier. Would also consider pastures in the mountain region of the state. Home base is in Cabarrus county, NC.
Enterprises being considered:
Ideal arrangement would be a long term lease. Short term leases would be acceptable on farms already developed with infrastructure. Would also be interested in providing cattle to landowners for contract grazing, as well as an owner financed sale if the price is in my budget.
