I am 34 years old and have been livestock and grain farming for 17 years. I operated a 2,700 acre farm alongside my family, before venturing out onto my own to pursue organic farming for the past 6 years. I currently farm 300 certified organic acres split into many farms, far away from each other. I’m seeking to lease and/or buy certified organic land, crop land or work with landowners that desire to transition land to organic. Married with 4 young children, who I’d like to work into the operation as they grow older. We are interested in regenerative agriculture where we would work livestock into a grain operation; so, ideally, we are searching for land/farms in close proximity to each other for that purpose.
