Dedicated Trade Show Times
The Trade Show will open at 8:00 am on Thursday, February 9 and remain open to attendees until the final sessions have ended at 5:00 pm on Thursday, February 9. The social activities of breakfast, lunch, and breaks will take place in the exhibit hall, as will opening remarks and the keynote address. This will create maximum visibility for exhibitors and allow for frequent networking between exhibitors and attendees throughout the day. All breaks last thirty minutes and are outlined in the conference schedule.
You are welcome to attend sessions, but please have one staff managing the booth during all breaks and networking sessions. The Land Connection is not responsible for monitoring your booth and its materials.
Set Up/Tear Down
Exhibit Set-up: Set up by February 9, 8:00 am
Exhibit Tear-down: February 9, 5:00 pm – 5:30 pm [Tear down is not allowed prior to 5:00 pm]

Sponsorship/Exhibitor Submission Deadline: January 20, 2023
Exhibition booths will be reserved as applications and payments are received. Space is limited and will be filled on a first-come/first-serve basis.

Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be made prior to January 17, 2023. All cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee per exhibit. Cancellations submitted on or after January 17, 2023 will not be refunded
