Grilled Pears

Ingredients

  • 2 pears sliced
  • 8 sprigs thyme leaves removed from stems
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Place sliced pears directly on hot grill
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pears are soft
  • Remove from grill
  • Drizzle honey over top
  • Sprinkle with thyme leaves
  • Serve as side dish with pork or lamb, or add to a salad with crumbled goat cheese
