Full-time employees receive 100% coverage for a base Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plan, 50% coverage for a first dependent on a base plan, and 25% coverage for a second dependent on a base plan. If a full-time employee is not satisfied with the base plan, they are eligible to choose from a list of other plans that best suit their health needs and pay the premium difference.
Full-time employees receive 100% coverage for a Principal Dental PPO plan, 50% coverage for a first dependent, and 25% coverage for a second dependent.
Full-time employees receive 100% coverage for a VSP Vision plan, 50% coverage for a first dependent, and 25% coverage for a second dependent.
Health Reimbursement
Full-time employees that decline health coverage are eligible to receive a monthly health reimbursement.
Part time employees working 20 hours or more are eligible to receive a monthly health reimbursement.

Sick Leave
Employees receive 21.5 paid holidays per year. This includes a year-end closure between December 24 and January 1. In addition, staff will receive 2 floating holidays. Eligible employees working less than full time receive a percentage of these holidays dependent upon their FTE (full time equivalent) status.
Employees receive 15 paid vacation days in years 1-3 of employment, 17 days in years 4-6, 19 days in years 7-9, and 22 days per year beginning in year 10. Employees working 20 hours or more per week in a permanent position receive a percentage of these vacation days dependent upon their FTE. Employees working less than 20 hours per week and/or are in a seasonal position will receive 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked. Vacation can be accrued up to a maximum of 2 years.
Employees receive 12 days of sick leave per year. Sick leave can be accrued up to 20 days. Eligible employees working less than full time receive a percentage of this sick leave dependent upon their FTE status.
