Farm-to-table dining experiences help us, as consumers, learn about the food we eat while engaging with the chefs who prepare it. Knowing what we eat, and where it came from, is not only healthy for our bodies but also for our local economy. We’re lucky that here in Illinois we have access to some of the best ingredients available and restaurants that take pride in featuring them on their menu. Let’s celebrate those restaurants with the Illinois’ Favorite Farm-to-Table Restaurant Awards | 2020.
