We invite you to the IDEA Farm Network Barn Dance, a casual, joyful evening celebrating the collaborations, connections, and shared progress that have helped make this year so meaningful. Set in a historic 1800s horse barn nestled in the woods; this is not a workshop or formal gathering. It’s a chance to eat, drink, laugh, and let your hair down with a great network of people.
Whether you’re a farmer looking to unwind, a researcher eager to connect outside of your trials, an advocate wanting to deepen relationships, or a community member who simply cares about where your food comes, you belong here. Enjoy live music from a local band, hors d’oeuvres and cold drinks from a local eatery, The Space, and plenty of space to dance or sit back and soak in the good company. With seating and tables available for anyone who prefers to socialize without dancing, so that everyone can participate in a way that feels comfortable for them.
This is our way of saying thank you to our farmers, our researchers, our advocates, and our broader community for another year of collaboration, learning and growth. We hope you’ll join us to celebrate, reconnect, and build the relationships that sustain us all. We can’t wait to see you there, come as you are and with an appetite for good food, good music, and good people.
Funding for IDEA Farm Network is provided in part by iRegen and Midwest Transition to Organic Partnership Program.
