Equipment
- 1 Small bowl
- 1 whisk
- freezer
- 3 Dixie cups (provided)
- 3 popsicle sticks (provided)
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup jam
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a small bowl and whisk until combined
- Pour the mixture evenly into the paper cups
- To each cup, add a popsicle stick to the center
- Place in the freezer until ready to eat!
