Sponsorship/Exhibitor Submission Deadline: January 22, 2020
Exhibition booths will be reserved as payments and applications are received. We have limited booths available and they will be filled on a first-come/first-serve basis.
Exhibit Set-Up: February 5, 8:00am–12:00pm
Exhibit Hours: The Exhibit Hall will be open February 5, 12:00–7:00pm and February 6, 8:00am–4:15pm
Dedicated Exhibit Times: The social activities of breakfast, lunch, and the beer & spirit mixer will happen in the exhibit hall. This will allow for constant networking between exhibitors and attendees throughout the day and drive participant traffic to your booths. Please plan to be present at your booth during these hours:
February 5, 12:00pm–1:00pm & 5:00pm–6:30pm | February 6, 8:00am–9:00am & 12:00pm–2:00pm
Tear-Down: February 6, 4:15pm–5:30pm Tear down is not allowed prior to 4:15pm.

Exhibitor Sponsorship Opportunities & Benefits
All Exhibitor sponsorships will receive passes for two employees to work the Trade Show on February 5 and 6 (this includes breakfast and lunch both days). One 2-day conference ticket is also included for every $750 worth of sponsorship.

Note: Non-profits, in order to receive the discounted exhibit rate of $300, please fill out our online sponsorship form and send a check to the address above.

Submit payment using the portal below AND return your completed information sheet (which will be emailed to you).
Notice of cancellation must be made prior to January 7, 2020. All cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee per exhibit. Cancellations submitted on or after January 7, 2020 will not be refunded.
