Crispy Kale Chips
Crispy Kale Chips are a simple, savory snack made with fresh kale, parmesan, and a touch of olive oil and sea salt. - 1 bunch kale
- 2-3 garlic cloves minced
- sea salt to taste
- 1.5 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/8 cup grated parmesan
Preheat your oven to 300*F
Remove large stems from kale. Chop into chunks and wash and dry well. Tip: Drying the kale really well will make your chips crispier!
Finely mince garlic.
Place kale in a large mixing bowl. Toss with olive oil, sea salt, and garlic.
Spread kale evenly onto a baking sheet. For best results, don’t overcrowd the baking sheet. If necessary, bake in two batches.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Rotate your baking sheet and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes or until crisp.
Remove from the oven and cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
