Crispy Kale Chips

Equipment

Ingredients

Farmers Market Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale

Grocery Store Ingredients

  • 2-3 garlic cloves (minced) 
  • sea salt to taste
  • 1.5 tsp olive oil
  • 1/8 cup grated parmesan

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 300*F.
  • Remove large stems from kale. Chop into chunks and wash and dry well. Tip: Drying the kale really well will make your chips crispier!
  • Finely mince garlic. 
  • Place kale in a large mixing bowl. Toss with olive oil, sea salt, and garlic.
  • Spread kale evenly onto a baking sheet. For best results, don’t overcrowd the baking sheet. If necessary, bake in two batches.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. 
  • Rotate your baking sheet and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes or until crisp.
  • Remove from the oven and cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. 
  • Enjoy! To save it for later, store your kale chips in an airtight container.
