Instructions
Preheat your oven to 300*F.
Remove large stems from kale. Chop into chunks and wash and dry well. Tip: Drying the kale really well will make your chips crispier!
Finely mince garlic.
Place kale in a large mixing bowl. Toss with olive oil, sea salt, and garlic.
Spread kale evenly onto a baking sheet. For best results, don’t overcrowd the baking sheet. If necessary, bake in two batches.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Rotate your baking sheet and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes or until crisp.
Remove from the oven and cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Enjoy! To save it for later, store your kale chips in an airtight container.
