Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Prepare the pie crust and roll it into an 8–9 inch circle.
Place the crust on a piece of parchment paper on a rimmed baking sheet. Return it to the refrigerator while you make the filling.
Gently wash produce under cool running water, pat dry, and prepare as directed.
Place the peaches in a bowl and add the flour, brown sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Mix gently and set aside for 5 minutes.
Leaving a 2-inch rim around the edge, spread the preserves in the middle of the unbaked crust.
Drain any excess juice from the peaches and pile them in the middle of the crust, over the preserves.
Gently fold the 2-inch rim of crust in toward the center. It will overlap slightly.
Bake for 40–50 minutes.
