Crispy Kale Chips
Equipment
- Cutting Board
- Sharp knife
- Mixing bowl
- Baking Sheet
- Oven

Ingredients
Farmers Market Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
Grocery Store Ingredients
- 2-3 garlic cloves (minced)
- sea salt to taste
- 1.5 tsp olive oil
- 1/8 cup grated parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300*F.
- Remove large stems from kale. Chop into chunks and wash and dry well. Tip: Drying the kale really well will make your chips crispier!
- Finely mince garlic.
- Place kale in a large mixing bowl. Toss with olive oil, sea salt, and garlic.
- Spread kale evenly onto a baking sheet. For best results, don’t overcrowd the baking sheet. If necessary, bake in two batches.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Rotate your baking sheet and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes or until crisp.
- Remove from the oven and cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Enjoy! To save it for later, store your kale chips in an airtight container.
