Summer Fruit Crumble

- Small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl (to melt the butter)

- 8- or 9-inch ovenproof rimmed pan

Ingredients
Farmers Market Ingredients
- 2 pints (4–5 cups) blueberries
Pantry Staples
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup oatmeal
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Gently wash the berries under cool running water, removing any stems or mushy berries. Pat dry.
- Place the blueberries in an 8- or 9-inch ovenproof rimmed pan.
- Melt the butter.
- Add the flour, oatmeal, and brown sugar to the melted butter. Mix together until well combined.
- Add the cinnamon and stir.
- Drop the crumble mixture evenly over the blueberries.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes.
- Cool and serve.
Notes
Substitutions
- Blueberries: Frozen store-bought blueberries can be used. Do not thaw first.
- Blueberries: 4 cups sliced apples, 4 cups fresh or frozen peaches, or 4 cups of any other berry.
